I’ve been in the business since 91.
I started as a salesperson like many of you out.
There worked my way up to a dealership.
I was the general sales manager by the time I resigned.
I was at that place for 19 years.
One month, then, I went into digital retail and some training did that for five six years and then got into training with some larger larger groups and then some dealer groups.
I love training, I love consulting.
I love the car business and just helping dealers.

In fact, our name says it: all: Kaizen is a philosophy that encourages continuous and incremental improvements that create positive changes in you, your dealership or whatever you’re trying to achieve, and that’s what we want our videos to do.
