So today my quick tip, my quick brew for you is to keep it so fresh and so clean, clean, fresh and so clean clean.
What i mean by that is, keep your content fresh.

Keep your sales process fresh, keep your relationships with your family fresh, keep your relationships with your friends fresh! All these things need to be always changing evolving to go with.
What’s going on in the world what’s going on in their mind, what’s going on in in the love that you have for other people? Constant growth is a great thing.
You always want to be looking for that.

You always want to be looking for a way to improve yourself every single day, so keep it so fresh and so clean.
The clean side of it is being honest with people being transparent.

We all have sales processes if you’re in a car business.

You know what i mean our processes in some places: they’re considered a secret, you don’t let your customers know what they’re going through.
Why not just explain the process up front, explain to them.
What’s going on, explain, hey i’m going to meet you we’re going to get to know each other a little bit, i’m going to ask you some qualifying questions, we’re going to go ahead and get you pre-approved for this loan once we do that great news is we’re Going to go out and select a few vehicles we’re going to pick one of those vehicles, i’m going to show you some features and benefits on those vehicles right ones that you probably didn’t even know were on it.

Then i’m going to let you go out for a quick test drive when you get back i’m going to do one thing, i’m going to ask you if you want to buy the vehicle and if you do and if the terms of figures are agreeable, we’re going To go negotiate once we get done negotiating which doesn’t take a lot of time at all, because my prices are the best in the nation.
I can promise you we’re going to go ahead and turn you over to my finance manager.
He’s going to do the paperwork with you at that point and then you’re going to take a delivery of the car buddy.

I can’t wait for all that to happen.
