Hey, what’s going on for leonard subprime hero, uh man, it’s already day 19 of my 22 push-up challenge for 22 days to talk about and bring out this crazy thing, that’s going on it’s 22 veterans a day or committing suicide.
That’s the average out there! I think people need to start talking about it.
I didn’t know about that.
Until recently, i saw these push-up challenges and then man i got nominated by blake norberg – to do this, i’m so honored to do it so day, 19 and after i’m done i’m going to drop the next nomination all right.
So here we go.
I’m going to do double taps on the shoulder this time right, it’s hard to figure out different push-ups, all the time right, so two, three four: five: six: seven: eight nine ten, 11, 12, 13, 14.
, 16, 17, 18, 19.
, 20, 21, 22 and one to go on Right so nice push-ups, i love it, so i feel good.
