What’s going on everyone frelinard subprime hero today is 9.15.2020.
It’s already 15 days into the ninth month of the rest of your life.
Wow time’s, going by fast, take advantage of every moment, do not waste it.
So today my quick tip, my quick brew for you is it’s based off of the day.
It’s the 15th of the month.
So what my quick tip is: don’t half-ass your job, half-ass, anything that you do and excuse me for using ass.
I do apologize, but you get the point.
The thing is: is that a lot of us we’ll get to a halfway point in a month.
Two things happen either one you’ve made plenty you’ve made good money already this month or two you haven’t made enough.
What i encourage you to do, no matter which one of those situations you’re in i encourage you to use that to help you fire yourself up.
You know if you’re not having a good month right now, figure out what you’re doing wrong sit down with people get some guidance from your your mentors that are at your dealership, such as your leaders, your desk manager, your general manager, whoever the the floor manager right.
Make sure you get some guidance because there’s something you’re missing or maybe you’re they’re going to tell you keep doing what you’re doing and then the averages average out or, if you’re, having a great month to finish strong use that momentum do not use it as an Excuse to relax the rest of the month, use that as fuel to say, hey.
I can have the best month.
I’ve ever had.
I can experience things.
I can help a lot of people this month and this pertains to the car business.
Okay.
So that being said, that’s what i’m going to encourage you guys to do is to not half-ass the rest of this month.
Let’s go for it, let’s full-ass this mug right.
You know what i’m saying: make sure that you go ahead and finish strong, that you end it where you have.
You have everything in the back your head, you know at the end of the month, i did everything i could to have the best most successful month that i could for me my friends, my family, my teammates everything, but, most importantly, for you, i’m freelance a subprime Hero and if i was to give you one tip and only one tip only today, it’s not to half-ass the rest of the month.
