It’s already 12 days into the ninth month of the rest of your life, wow time’s, going by fast folks, take advantage of every moment.

So today my quick tip, my quick brew for you is to build a team and be part of a team that you can have trust in have love in make it like a family.
I’m very fortunate.
I have a guy like matt damos that i work with this is a brother to me almost like a father to me, he’s just not old enough to be my father, but i definitely look up to this guy a lot and this guy definitely helps me get To where i’m at this is the kind of guy and the kind of person you could be on a team with be completely honest with and tell him how you feel he’ll do the same, for you trust me and that’s one thing that i always respected about Being on a team with matt damos, why we’ve been part of the same team for well over a decade? You know – and it’s been really a great experience for me and folks.
I i tell you if you guys could find a team like that you’re going to grow.
Sometimes it’s going to be a little bit of time, but you have to build up what you’re supposed to build up.
You build that trust.
You build that love! You build! That you build that relationship, that a lot of people don’t find in the car business and when you do that the whole dealership, the whole team feels that they become part of that family.
And that’s one thing.
People like matt damos, his brother, paul, damos and other people that i’ve been able to be part of, and a team in the same team with it’s been amazing for me and that’s why i’m at where i’m at because of people like this.
So i i suggest you guys do the same thing.
