It’s something about what you eat.
You know make sure you eat well, because the better you eat the more energy you’re going to have the better.
You feed your brain.
A lot of people don’t realize that the food that you intake will actually help or help you have a better day.
A lot of times we think that eating healthy, it’s not good mentally, oh man.
I can’t handle eating this broccoli.
I can’t handle having a salad.
Well, folks, let me tell you something: when you eat better, you tend to have more energy.
Throughout the day, you tend to finish stronger, not just throughout the day, but throughout the month throughout the years throughout the rest of your life, your body is your temple.
You need to take care of this thing.
I’m not just talking about working out doing all that stuff, because that is important too go for walks.
Make sure you get some stretching in every single day.
Make sure that you burn a little bit of calories.
Get your heart rate up.
It’s very important to do so, but in order to do that even right, it’s all about what you eat.
I tell you.
I don’t get a chance to work out that often i do about 30 minutes a day, but that honestly, i’m way more active than that.
What i recommend is just eating a little bit better.
Don’t get me wrong i’ll, have something i’ll.
Have me a little piece of pizza and have me a cheeseburger here and there, but in between i try to eat a little bit better.
What that does is it helps me? Keep my weight down.
Helps me feel good makes me, you know, feel strong.
I also eat the type of food.
That’s going to help me build the muscles and keep my mind stimulated.
