The best thing to do is just ask questions, listen and then act upon that, even when you think you know the answer still ask the more questions.
You ask a customer, the more information you’re going to get real information, not assumed information, assumed information, it can work, but it can backfire quite a bit.

So when you ask the questions and you get the answer, you know what the true uh objection is.
You know what the true reason why they’re looking at purchases you’ll get there a lot quicker.
