The rest of your life, wow time’s, going by fast, take advantage of every moment.
Do not waste it so today my quick tip, my quick brew for you is relax.
Don’t do it? No! It’s relax seriously.
Folks, because here’s the thing we all can grind and we can work extremely hard, but if you are all work and no play man, it’s going to lead to just having mental issues.
You’re going to be very stressed out, you’re going to be overworked, you’re going to feel like you’re, not getting things accomplished, even though you are there’s something about having that time to enjoy all the benefits and the fruits of your labor right go out.
Take vacations have fun with your family.
Have fun with your friends.
Go to the bar after work have a few drinks.
You know, if you want to you, don’t you know you, don’t necessarily have to do that.
I’m not saying go drink, but i’m just saying enjoy your life.
You know maybe go for that run.
Go find a running club if you like running, if you like playing basketball, find a league around here that plays basketball around your area.
You know it’s about having those times away from work.
We need to work hard.
I know i do every single day i come in here.
I grind it out.
I don’t just have the car guy coffee podcast and these brews that i’m constantly brewing up.
I also have a full-time job, but i work extremely hard.
I don’t think of it as a job, i think of it as my career as my life, and i love it.
It’s part of my growth, it’s part of what i do it’s one of those things where i know that i’m gon na put in the work, but here’s the thing i set up vacations every three months.
This way i have something to look forward to so every three months i’m gon na have something to do this way.
I know i can work hard and there’s always something to get to, and then i have daily things that i do that are similar folks, but that’s just something easy.
I can give you really quick so folks, if that helped you out, i hope it did just remember all work no play.
