Did it so be that person that steps up and exceeds customers needs obsess over it, go out and figure out what they want.

Ask those questions, while you’re with your customer before they come in, asking questions on the phone when they get here.
It’s key to ask tons of questions, questions that are fact-finding.
This way you can make sure you exceed what your customers expectations are right.
